Weddings, receptions, and rehearsal dinners are the Jarvis Mansion’s forte. We ensure that the biggest day of your life will be special and an event to remember. Our brides are free to be as traditional or creative as they want to be. The Mansion can be decorated in many different themes. The surreal and enchanting setting makes for the perfect event.
To ensure that some moments are not forgotten or missed it is recommended to have a wedding director. The staff at the Jarvis Mansion would be happy to assist with any or all of the wedding planner needs. Below are the packages we offer.
Ultimate Wedding Package $3995.00
- Check into the Jarvis Mansion on Friday at 3:00 p.m.
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion for the wedding rehearsal and dinner on Friday evening.
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion for bridal portraits.
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion and its facilities on Saturday for the wedding ceremony.
- Use of the Baron de Graffenried Pavilion and Gardens for outside ceremonies.
- Up to 120 white ceremony chairs.
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion and its facilities for the wedding reception.
- Use of the Pollock Street Tavern up to four hours.
- Accommodations include all four bedrooms at the Jarvis Mansion for both Friday and Saturday night.
- Breakfast provided for overnight guests.
- Check out by 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.
Grand Mansion Wedding Package $3445.00
- Check into the Jarvis Mansion on Friday at 3:00 p.m.
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion for the wedding rehearsal and dinner on Friday evening.
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion for bridal portraits.
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion and its facilities on Saturday for the wedding ceremony.
- Use of the Baron de Graffenried Pavilion and Gardens for outside ceremonies.
- Up to 120 white ceremony chairs.

- Accommodations include all four bedrooms in the Jarvis Mansion for both Friday and Saturday night.

- Check into the Jarvis Mansion on Friday at 3:00 p.m.

- Use of the Baron de Graffenried Pavilion and Gardens for outside ceremonies.

- Accommodations include one night for the bride and groom in the Charlotte Odell Bridal Suite.

- Use of the Jarvis Mansion and its facilities for the wedding rehearsal on Friday morning.

- Use of the Jarvis Mansion for the wedding rehearsal on Thursday between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and the rehearsal dinner following.
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion and its facilities for the wedding ceremony on Friday beginning at 3:00 p.m.
- Use of the Baron de Graffenried Pavilion and Gardens for outside ceremonies.
- Up to 120 white ceremony chairs.

Weekday Wedding Package $1695.00
- Check into the Jarvis Mansion on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion for the wedding rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner.
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion and the facilities for the wedding ceremony.
- Use of the Baron de Graffenried Pavilion and Gardens for outside ceremonies.
- Up to 120 white ceremony chairs.
- Accommodations include one night stay for the bride and groom in the Charlotte Odell Bridal Suite.
- Breakfast provided for overnight guests.
- Check out of the Jarvis Mansion by 11:00 a.m. the following day.
Reception Only Package (Saturday) $1695.00
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion for the wedding reception.
- Sunday Wedding Package $1495.00
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion for the wedding rehearsal on Sunday morning.
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion and its facilities between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Use of the Baron de Graffenried Pavilion and Gardens for outside ceremonies.
- Up to 120 white ceremony chairs.
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion for the wedding reception.
Rehearsal Dinner $800.00
- Use of the Jarvis Mansion for the rehearsal dinner.
- Up to 10 tables and 60 chairs.
- Four hour maximum.
Pollock Street Tavern $500.00
- Use of the Pollock Street Tavern up to four hours.
- Up to 50 people.
- Additional hour(s) will be $100/hour

Important Reminders
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out is preferably 11:00 a.m. the following day.
- Overnight guests staying in the Jarvis Mansion are served breakfast.
- A 6% occupancy tax and $100 clean up fee are added to the prices listed.
- All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
With all packages you receive a 2-hour consolation/visit for free. More time will be a charge of $50 per hour.
